How to fix "Image generation failed"?

Try the image request again after checking your credit balance and prompt. If you were editing an image, shorten the change request. If an image appears but cannot be saved, download it before closing the window.

Why this happens

The app may show Image generation failed with "We could not generate images right now." It can also happen when your balance is too low. A change request may show Changes are too long or Could not update image.

How to fix it

Check Account balance in the left navigation.
Make the prompt clear and short. If you used Make changes, ask for one change at a time.
Select Generate or Submit again.
If you still cannot continue, try one image at a time.
