How to see your content on a calendar?
Use the two buttons at the top right of the Content page to switch from the list to the calendar. The calendar shows one month at a time, with each item on its scheduled day or the day you created it.
Switch to the calendar
At the top right of the Content page, use the two buttons to switch views. The first shows a list and the second shows a calendar. The view you are in is highlighted.
Read the calendar
The calendar shows one month at a time. A social post appears on the day it is scheduled for. A post with no schedule appears on the day it was created.
- Today is highlighted.
- Each item shows its status, its title and the platforms it is for.
Move between months
Use the arrows next to Today at the top right of the calendar to move between months. Select Today to jump back to the current month.
Tip: The search field and filters still work in calendar view, so you can show only one platform or status on the calendar.
Common questions
Can I drag a post to a new day on the calendar?
Not yet. To move a scheduled post, open it and select Edit schedule. Drag-and-drop rescheduling is on the roadmap.
What do the colors on the calendar mean?
Each item has a status badge, such as Draft, Scheduled or Published. The badge color matches the status.
Why is a post on a different day than I expected?
Posts sit on their scheduled day. A post with no schedule sits on the day you created it.
