How to copy, export or send your content to WordPress or a webhook?
Open a saved draft to copy or export it. Articles can go to WordPress as drafts or to a connected webhook. Offers and email campaigns can go to a webhook, and you send email campaigns to your list from your own email platform.
Copy or download a draft
- Open the draft from Content.
- Review your changes.
- Use the copy or export action in the editor.
Social post drafts can be exported as text or Markdown files. Articles can also be exported as HTML. Email campaigns offer Copy HTML and Export HTML.
Send an article to WordPress
- Open Settings, then Connections.
- Select Add connection and set up WordPress with your site URL, user name and application password.
- Return to the article and select Publish now.
- Choose the WordPress connection.
The article arrives in WordPress as a draft. Review and publish it there.
Send content to another tool
Connect a webhook in Connections, then choose it from the article or offer's Publish now action. An email campaign uses Send now to post to the webhook. Your other tool decides what happens next.
Tip: Test a new connection before sending important work. Keep a copy or export of the draft.
