What file types and sizes can you upload?
Library uploads accept common images and document files up to 20 MB each. Brand Guide images allow JPG, PNG, WEBP or AVIF up to 5 MB. AI Chat has separate limits for files and total attachments.

You can upload several Library items at once. An image saved in the Library can be used in a social post.

AI Chat allows up to four attachments and 10 MB in total. Some editor image fields use the same 5 MB image limit as Brand Guide.
Convert an unsupported image
SVG, HTML and HEIC files cannot be uploaded as Library images. Export the image as PNG or JPG, then upload the new file. The app also checks the file contents, so renaming the file alone will not work.
Common questions
Can I upload an SVG logo?
No. Export it as PNG or JPG first.
Why did a file under 20 MB fail in AI Chat?
AI Chat has smaller limits and a 10 MB total for all attachments.
