How to schedule or publish social media posts?
Open a finished social post, select Publish now or Schedule post, and choose the connected profiles. Check each profile before you confirm. A scheduled post needs a time at least five minutes from now.
Choose where the post goes
- Open your post from Content.
- Select Publish now or Schedule post in the top right. The publish window opens.
- In Select profiles, choose the accounts you want to use.
- Check the preview and any notes beside each profile.
- Confirm the action.
You can send one post to up to 20 profiles. A post can have one image, which must be saved in your Library. Publishing uses credits for each profile. See how credits work.
Set a time
Choose a time at least five minutes from now. Open a scheduled post and select Edit schedule to move it, or Cancel schedule to stop the planned publish. The calendar shows your planned posts but does not move them by dragging.
Check the result
Open Content to refresh the status. Published means the selected profiles received the post. Partial means some profiles succeeded and others failed. Open the post and select Retry for failed profiles. A profile that already published cannot be selected again.
Tip: Fix any warning shown for a profile before you publish. The platform rules list image and text limits.
