# How to fix "Fix these profiles before publishing"?

## Why this happens

The **Fix these profiles before publishing** warning means a selected profile does not accept the post yet. The list below it gives the reason for each profile.

## How to fix it

1. Read each warning in **Select profiles**.
2. Shorten text that is over the platform's limit.
3. Add a Library image where one is required. For Instagram, use JPG or PNG with a shape between 4:5 and 1.91:1.
4. Choose a board for Pinterest, or add a description for TikTok.
5. Reconnect any account marked **Needs reconnect**, then check the profiles again.
