Share your topic and hook, review the draft, add an image, then publish or schedule it. It writes in your brand voice and saves your draft as you go. - [Create a social post](https://docs.selljam.ai/create-content/social-post.md): Select Create new, then Social post, and pick a mode. Share your idea and hook, add an image, and review the draft. Then publish or schedule it to your connected accounts, with the length checked for each platform. - [Write a blog post](https://docs.selljam.ai/create-content/article.md): Select Create new, then Article, and pick a mode. Set your goal, topic and keywords, add an image, and review the draft. Then copy it, export it, or send it to WordPress as a draft. Add your goal and ideas, review the draft, then copy the HTML, export it, or send it to a webhook. Add your details and keywords, review the draft, then preview it, copy it, or send it to a webhook. An offer draft costs about 30 credits. ## Images and Studio - [Create images with AI](https://docs.selljam.ai/images/create-images-with-ai.md): Select Create new, then AI Image. Describe the picture, pick a style, and select Generate. Your images appear on the right, and they save to your Library. A Low quality image costs 15 credits. - [Edit an AI image](https://docs.selljam.ai/images/edit-an-ai-image.md): Hover over a generated image, select Make changes, describe what to change, and select Submit. The app creates a new version and keeps the original. An edit costs the same as making one image. - [Add your logo to an image](https://docs.selljam.ai/images/add-your-logo-to-an-image.md): Add a logo or photo from the prompt box for one image only. Or select Upload item in the Library tab to save it for later. Then say in your prompt how the AI should use it. - [Consistent brand assets](https://docs.selljam.ai/images/consistent-brand-assets.md): Save your logo, colors and image style in your Brand Guide, then turn on Brand Guide when you create images. Start from a Studio template or the same style each time, and save the results to your Library. ## Brand Guide - [Set up your Brand Guide](https://docs.selljam.ai/brand-guide/set-up-your-brand-guide.md): Open your user menu, select Brand Guide, and fill in the Basics, Visual, Offers, Voice and Marketing tabs. Then select Save changes. Your brand voice, colors and logo shape your posts, articles and images. - [Build it from your website](https://docs.selljam.ai/brand-guide/build-from-your-website.md): Add your website address when you set up your workspace. The app reads your site for about a minute and fills in your Brand Guide. Your first scan is free, and you can edit everything. ## Library - [Upload and organize](https://docs.selljam.ai/library/upload-and-organize.md): Open Library in the left navigation and select Add to Library to upload images and files, or save prompts. Then use tags, folders and favorites to find things fast. Each file can be up to 20 MB. ## Content and publishing - [Find and manage content](https://docs.selljam.ai/content/find-and-manage.md): Select Content in the left navigation to see your drafts and saved work. Use the tabs, the search field and the filters to find an item, then open it to edit, or use its actions to duplicate or delete it. - [Filter your content](https://docs.selljam.ai/content/filter-content.md): Use the three filters above your list on the Content page. Open All statuses, All time or All platforms and pick an option. Combine them with search and the tabs to find what you need faster. - [Calendar view](https://docs.selljam.ai/content/calendar-view.md): Use the two buttons at the top right of the Content page to switch from the list to the calendar. The calendar shows one month at a time, with each item on its scheduled day or the day you created it. - [Connect social accounts](https://docs.selljam.ai/publishing/connect-social-accounts.md): Open your user menu, choose Settings, then select Connections. Select Connect on a platform card and sign in. You can connect X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Bluesky, Threads and Google Business Profile. - [Schedule and publish posts](https://docs.selljam.ai/publishing/schedule-and-publish.md): Open a finished social post, select Publish now or Schedule post, and choose the connected profiles. Check each profile before you confirm. A scheduled post needs a time at least five minutes from now. - [Copy, export or send content](https://docs.selljam.ai/publishing/export-or-send-content.md): Open a saved draft to copy or export it. Articles can go to WordPress as drafts or to a connected webhook. Offers and email campaigns can go to a webhook, and you send email campaigns to your list from your own email platform. ## AI Chat - [Use AI Chat](https://docs.selljam.ai/ai-chat/what-ai-chat-can-do.md): Open AI Chat to plan, draft or improve content in a conversation. Add a file or Library item when it helps explain your request. Review each draft and approve any action before it runs. ## Account and billing - [Check your credits and plan](https://docs.selljam.ai/account/credits-and-plan.md): Your plan and credits sit in the left navigation, below the menu. You can see your current plan, how many credits are left, and when they reset. Select Topup to add credits or Upgrade to change plan. - [How credits work](https://docs.selljam.ai/account/how-credits-work.md): Credits pay for actions such as AI drafts, images and publishing. Your balance appears in the left navigation. Check the credit amount shown before an action, then add a credit pack or change plans when you need more. - [Plans, trial and top-ups](https://docs.selljam.ai/account/plans-trial-and-top-ups.md): Choose a monthly or yearly plan for credits that reset each billing period, or buy a credit pack when you need one. Plans offer a seven-day trial with a card. Check your plan in Billing before changing it. - [Profile and account](https://docs.selljam.ai/account/profile-password-and-account.md): Open Profile from your user menu to change your name or password. To delete the account, use Delete account and type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deactivated at once and deleted after 14 days. ## Troubleshooting - [Can't log in](https://docs.selljam.ai/troubleshooting/cant-log-in.md): This message can appear when your email or password is wrong, you have tried again too quickly, or your account uses Google sign-in. Check your details, wait a moment, or use Continue with Google. - [Social account won't connect](https://docs.selljam.ai/troubleshooting/social-account-wont-connect.md): Check that your browser allows the sign-in window, then try the connection again. If a card says Needs reconnect, open its menu and select Reconnect. Use the right account type for Facebook and Instagram. - [Post failed or partial](https://docs.selljam.ai/troubleshooting/post-failed-or-partial.md): Open the post in Content and check which profiles failed. Fix any account or platform issue, then select Retry. Profiles that already published stay locked, so the retry goes only to profiles that failed. - [Fix profiles before publishing](https://docs.selljam.ai/troubleshooting/fix-these-profiles-before-publishing.md): One or more selected profiles cannot use the current post. Read the warning beside each profile, then change the text, image or account before you publish. The exact fix depends on the platform's rules. - [Out of credits](https://docs.selljam.ai/troubleshooting/not-enough-credits.md): Check your Account balance in the left navigation. If it is too low for the action, select Topup to buy a pack or Upgrade to choose a plan. Your saved draft remains available while you add credits. - [Image generation failed](https://docs.selljam.ai/troubleshooting/image-generation-failed.md): Try the image request again after checking your credit balance and prompt. If you were editing an image, shorten the change request. If an image appears but cannot be saved, download it before closing the window. - [Upload failed](https://docs.selljam.ai/troubleshooting/upload-failed.md): Check the file type and size, then try the upload again. Library files can be up to 20 MB, while Brand Guide images have a smaller 5 MB limit. Convert HEIC or SVG images to PNG or JPG first. ## Reference - [Platform limits and rules](https://docs.selljam.ai/reference/platform-limits-and-requirements.md): Each social platform sets its own text and image rules. Check the limits below before you publish. The app allows one Library image per post and shows a warning when a selected profile needs a change. - [File types and sizes](https://docs.selljam.ai/reference/supported-file-types-and-sizes.md): Library uploads accept common images and document files up to 20 MB each. Brand Guide images allow JPG, PNG, WEBP or AVIF up to 5 MB.
