# How to write a LinkedIn post with AI?

## Start a LinkedIn post

1. Select **Create new** in the left navigation.
2. Choose **LinkedIn post**.
3. Pick a mode.

## Build the post step by step

In **Step-by-Step** mode you move through five steps:

1. **Start:** choose how you want to begin.
2. **Topic:** say what the post is about.
3. **Hook:** pick the first line that grabs attention.
4. **Image:** add or create a picture.
5. **Review:** check your settings, then create the draft.

## Review and improve the draft

Read the draft and edit it in the editor. It saves automatically. You can find it later on the **Content** page.

## Publish or schedule

## What it costs

A LinkedIn draft costs about 15 credits. Step-by-Step cards show "from 10 credits". The button always shows the cost before you run it.

### How long can a LinkedIn post be?

### Do I need to connect my LinkedIn account?

### Can I write the post myself?

Yes. Choose **Editor** for a blank page. Writing in the editor is free.
