# How to filter your content by status, time or platform?

> Use the three filters above your list on the Content page. Open All statuses, All time or All platforms and pick an option. Combine them with search and the tabs to find what you need faster.

The filters sit above your content list on the **Content** page. You can combine them with the search field and the **All**, **Drafts** and **Resume** tabs.

## Filter by status

Open the first filter, **All statuses**, and choose one. Your options are Draft, Scheduled, Publishing, Published, Partial, Failed and Cancelled. Choose **All statuses** to show everything again.

## Filter by time

Open **All time** to show only content from a certain period. Your options are Today, This week, Next week and This month.

## Filter by platform

Open **All platforms** and choose the social platforms you care about. Type in the box at the top of the list to find a platform quickly.

> **Tip:** If your list looks empty, check whether a filter is still turned on. Set each one back to its "All" option to see everything.

## Common questions

### What does Partial mean?

Partial means a post reached some of your chosen profiles but failed on others. Open the post to see which profiles need a retry.

### Can I use more than one filter at once?

Yes. Filters work together with search and the tabs. Each one narrows the list further.

### How do I clear my filters?

Set each filter back to **All statuses**, **All time** and **All platforms**, and clear the search field.
